Optimizing Office Portfolio Performance
Noble Harris provides ongoing advice to Gascoyne Holdings with regard to their Covent Garden office portfolio. We have been consistently successful in advising on refurbishments as office floors become vacant, minimising void periods and maximising income.
Having helped design a new CAT A scheme with our preferred contractor in conjunction with marketing initiatives including the creation of CGIs showing fully fitted configurations, we were able to agree terms at higher rents, maintaining asset value and assisting with negotiations of future upcoming rent reviews elsewhere in the building.
