On behalf of our client Random42, Noble Harris is delighted to announce the recent acquisition of this stunning self-contained building of 8,124 sq.ft. at 114-116 Marylebone Lane.
As Random42 continues with strong year-on-year growth, a new, larger home has become an essential requirement for providing an environment that enhances their teams’ creativity, productivity, and synergy.
Ben Ramsbottom, Random42’s CEO had this to say about the move:
“As a company, we have been lucky to be relatively unaffected by the pandemic. However, it has reaffirmed my belief in the importance of being physically in an office, providing an environment that aids collaboration, helps define employees’ work-life balance, and brings us closer as a company. With this in mind, we have decided to move to new offices – for the first time taking on a whole building that we can mould to our specific needs.
Our new office on Marylebone Lane provides double the floor space of our current office, along with a rooftop terrace. The additional floor space is needed, because of the growth we have experienced over the last year, but there is now ample room for social areas, collaboration spaces, and the all-important bike park. It is an exciting time for the company, and I am very much looking forward to welcoming everyone back into this new space.”
For the best part of the last year, the Random42 team, like many companies worldwide, moved to a remote working model. After quickly adapting to this new way of working, they are excited to move into their new office once government guidelines allow.
Noble Harris acted for Random42 in the acquisition, with HTC and Savills jointly advising the Assignor.
